Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and storing of materials, issuing of materials, order picking and packing of materials/goods for shipment.
- Maintain proper materials segregation of materials/goods that has different status. Ensure materials with accurate and proper identification on labels generated from labeling systems.
- Perform SAP transaction accurately and generate shipping documents as required
- Monitoring of packaging supplies, maintaining of 5S in warehouse and follow procedure according to SOP & guideline.
- Comply to regulatory requirements, security and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
- Perform inventory count with accuracy through physical stock-taking exercise.
Knowledge
- Process knowledge in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of ISO standards, Safety & Environment policies
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft office applications
- Ability to Interpret inbound/outbound documents
- Team player, able to work well within warehouse team and cross functional team
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Follow safety regulation
- Forklift license is an added advantage
